Shipping Policy

Every order ships with intention — just like everything we do at RMFHQ.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (new drops, limited releases), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
Free on orders $75+, otherwise $5.99

Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days

International Shipping

RMFHQ ships worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
